Ironkids / Ironteens
| All sports-loving girls and boys in the age of 5 to 14 years are cordially invited to come and participate in the Ironkids / Ironteens on Sunday, July 10th 2011 on the Landiwiese. It is a Aquathlon with the disciplines swimming and running only. All children who finish the race will get a nice backpack. |

Registration
The registration opens in November 2010.
Please note
- Bring swimming trunks or swimming costume, ("rubber wings" are permitted if required), and a pair of sports shoes
- All participants must cover their upper body and wear footwear for the run courses.
- Kids and teens must be at the meeting-point in the Kids Paradise no later than 15 minutes before the start their category.

Kids-Training-Afternoon
There will be a training session and a tour of the original course of Ironkids /Ironteens under professional guidance of MY sport.

Important
- Ironteens / Ironteens is an aquathlon with the diciplines swimming and running. The children will be teached about the course and they have the possibility to run on the original course. They need running shoes and sports wear. If the weather will be good bring also swiming suits.
- Parents have the possibility to get the race number of their children for the race on Sunday.
- For the training afternoon no registration is needed.
