Networked and linked together
All public transport companies in the Canton of Zurich are linked together in Zurich Public Transport (ZVV). Regular service on the ZVV daytime network from 5 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday nights on the ZVV nighttime network from 1 until 4 a.m. (special night surcharge ticket CHF 5, press *162 on ticket machine).

One ticket everything
Whether by bus, tram, boat, train or all of the above, you can make as many trips as desired within the selected zones and duration. Make sure always to purchase a ticket or validate it at the place of departure before starting your journey.

ZürichCARD
For Zurich visitors, we recommend the ZürichCARD for CHF 20.- (valid 24 hours) or CHF 40.- (valid 72 hours): Unlimited travel with Zurich Public Transport in the greater Zurich area, free admission to all museums, 10% off in chosen shops, culinary surprises in restaurants and other benefits. The ZürichCARD is available online or from following selling points: Tourist Service at Zurich main station, VBZ ticketerias in the city of Zurich (main station, Bellevue, Paradeplatz etc.), Airport Service Center, the Lake Zurich Navigation Company at Bürkliplatz, railway stations in Zurich as well as from many hotels in the area where the ZürichCARD is valid.
